OUR MISSION

Our mission is to contribute to the health and well-being of one of the most vulnerable populations in our nation through free blood pressure screenings, heart health education, and other clinical and community outreach efforts.

WHO ARE WE?

Hearts for the Homeless (H4H) is an international nonprofit organization that is dedicated to improving the health of those who are experiencing homelessness. H4H UNLV is one of the many chapters of H4H International.

They shared their journeys into medical school, what life is really like as a med student, and tips on how to stay motivated and prepared as a premed💪🏼📚

Weekly Events with Hearts for the Homeless!
Here are the events we have lined up this week:

Friday, 11/22/24: 1️⃣ LVCW Food Distribution – 6:00am-7:30am  2️⃣ Care Complex BP screenings – 8:30am-10:00am 3️⃣ LVRM Food Distribution – 4:15pm-6:15pm

Saturday, 11/23/24 Gospel Lighthouse Church: 1️⃣ BP screenings – 8:30am-12:00pm 2️⃣ Food Pantry – 9:00am-12:00pm

Sunday, 11/24/24: 1️⃣ LVRM Food Distribution – 4:15pm-6:15pm

AND now until Wednesday, 11/27/24, we have the sock fundraiser! For every 5 pairs of socks donated, you’ll earn 1 hour towards semester membership requirements! It’s a win-win – help make a difference while staying active in our mission with H4H!
